Each divine thought
Is, indeed, a pilgrimage
To a new world.
Each thought is a world unto itself. It covers the lens of our mind’s eye and affects our sense of the world and ourselves. We react to situations and circumstances in the form of our thoughts and emotions.
Many people feel they have no control over their thoughts. Thoughts and emotions often seem automatic and untamable. Those who practice yoga regularly: once or twice a week, know differently. In yoga you experience that thoughts can be slowed and changed and examined and transformed.
Through yoga you can generate positive and uplifting thoughts and emotions. These divine thoughts open up new realities and opportunities in our lives. We are, to a large extent, our own fate-makers.
