Sweet Kale Lemonade

Serves 2


  • 1½ large cucumbers, unpeeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 2 cups kale leaves, tough stems removed
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ¼ Fuji apple


Put all the ingredients into a high-powered juicer and juice. Serve immediately.
