Written By: Lauren Mahlberg
Also referred to as Balasana, it’s Sanskrit name, Child’s Pose is a great pose for many ailments.
You may have heard one of your teachers say, “Child’s Pose is always an option throughout practice.” This pose can be used to quiet the body and the mind, and help you look inward to find peace.
