Ready to shake off the woes of winter? Start the spring season off right by taking this opportunity to set intention for your soul’s blooming. 

We are delighted to step into this season of renewal with you and offer this enriching 90-minute deep healing experience at Pilgrimage of the Heart.

With many years of embracing and teaching a heartfelt gentle yoga practice, Nicole will lead you into a deep space for sweet surrender enhanced with group reiki healing. Liz will provide transformative sound healing with her singing voice, buffalo drum and percussion instruments.

Bring your yoga mat, eye pillow, water bottle and any props that you would like to make yourself comfortable. We have blankets, bolsters and blocks available for your use at the studio.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will receive a credit toward future events hosted by Liz & Nicole for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
