Elevate yourself with this experience of gentle yoga, sound healing, and Reiki. Allow Liz and Nicole to guide you on a mindful and loving journey to realign yourself as we step into the New Year with intention.

What This Workshop Entails

With many years of embracing and teaching a heartfelt gentle yoga practice, Nicole will lead you into a deep space for sweet surrender enhanced with group Reiki healing. Liz will provide a transformative sound healing with her singing voice, buffalo drum and percussion instruments.

What to bring: Please bring your yoga mat, journal, eye pillow and a water bottle.

We have blankets, bolsters and blocks available for your use at the studio.

Cost: $40 Early Bird. $50 after 1/20.

Workshop Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day before the workshop will receive a credit toward another event/class co-facilitated by Liz and Nicole for the amount paid.

Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day before the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
