Nuances of how the nervous system works, how the time of day for various yoga practices matter, and what the most effective yoga tools are for you personally in your group and home yoga practices.

Come dressed comfortably for yoga practice. Bring a journal, pen, and an open heart ready to explore what is in your way when it comes to a good night’s sleep. Be ready to commit to your own health through yoga and better sleep.

Yoga reminds us that we have all the tools we need within our own mind/ body complex. Let’s tap into those tools for better resilience through the simple act of sleeping well.
