Yoga For Change

My yoga practice is a place I turn to when there is change occurring in my life. My breath, steady movement and a peaceful environment give me a place from which to allow change to occur.

Changes in life can be exhilarating or devastating depending on how we deal with them. Relationships change, jobs change and we change. Sometimes it feels as if change is the only constant.

Learning to make healthy transitions is one of the most important lessons in life. I use yoga to help me during times of change. I wrote a piece for the Huffington Post recently on using yoga to help deal with the death of a dear one. Click on the link below to read it.
