From the Founder: Offering Peace

How can we maintain poise and equanimity while there is so much chaos happening around us? Through the practice of yoga we bring peace and calmness into our minds and hearts. That energy ripples outward through our words and actions into the world and all of those people we interact with.
It is important to value and honor the peace you get through yoga. That peace can be shared but it must also be protected and nurtured. Everyone wants our attention: relationships, social media, television, politicians, etc. Be sure to keep some of your awareness on your inner peace and when you lose it and need to recharge, it’s time for yoga!
