Explore the Deep Questions in Life

Embark on a journey delving into the profound teachings that have enriched the lives of countless men and women for centuries. In the training, we will use discussion, journaling, mantras, visualizations, and meditation to apply the philosophy to our lives.

We will read English translations from ancient texts, including the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, Vivekachudami, and the Ramayana. We will apply this wisdom to our modern lives. In exploring philosophy, Sujantra shares his experience and knowledge of modern interpretations by Sri Aurobindo, Sri Chinmoy, Anandamayi, Vivekananda, and Ramana Maharshi.

We will delve into the foundations of the yogic lifestyle and ethics, emphasizing mindfulness and compassion, both on and off the mat. Understand the principles for maintaining a balanced and harmonious life. Discover how yoga philosophy offers a path to self-realization and the potential for transcending the limitations of the ego to achieve personal growth and spiritual enlightenment.

Enroll now and embark on a voyage into the wisdom and teachings that lead to a greater understanding of life's most profound questions. Your path to enlightenment awaits. No experience with yoga is required. Don't miss out on this enlightening experience!
