Step away from the daily grind and turn inward for the day. Enjoy the many benefits of meditation: reduce stress, increase happiness, get clarity on your life and goals. Set aside your phone and to-do lists for one day and give yourself the gift of meditation!

Join Sujantra for a full day of meditation and mindfulness practices including:

  • guided visualizations
  • mantras
  • breath work
  • chanting
  • walking meditation
  • positive affirmations
  • music
  • journaling

Program includes one delicious vegetarian meal. We can accommodate vegan, gluten free, and food allergies. The program will be led by Sujantra McKeever, founder of Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga and author of Learn to Meditate. He draws on his lifelong practice of meditation and his 20 years of international lecturing and writing.

No experience necessary.

Limited to 15 people per retreat.

Pricing:

$60 early bird; $75 regular.

  • For the retreat on July 20th, early bird pricing ends on July 2nd. Deadline to register is July 16th.
  • For the retreat on October 19th, early bird pricing ends on October 1st. Deadline to register is October 15th.
