From Sujantra:

Dear Yogi,

Thank you so much for your interest in Pilgrimage of the Heart’s Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training. We are thrilled to offer this program, which will bring profound insight and awareness to your own Meditation and Mindfulness practice and enable you to teach Meditation and Mindfulness to others.

In this weekend intensive, Sujantra McKeever, founder of Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga and author of Learn to Meditate, will draw on his lifelong practice of meditation and his 20 years of international lecturing and writing to help you learn the skills to:

  • Use meditation and mindfulness in your own life to find inner peace and clarity
  • Learn to teach and lead a meditation class
  • Incorporate elements of meditation into your regular classes
  • Understand the philosophical and scientific underpinnings of meditation

This Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training meets from 11:00-6:30p on Saturday, September 28th and Sunday, September 29th, 2019, and qualifies for 14 CEUs with Yoga Alliance.

Over the course of the weekend you will experience and learn to teach all the foundational forms of practice including guided visualization, the use of mantras, breath work, chanting, positive affirmations and walking meditations.

We also explore the use of journaling, mandalas and music as part of the mediation and mindfulness experience. We will practice teach and create teaching outlines for all of the various teaching opportunities you may encounter.
