With an experienced teacher you can dive deeper into yoga postures, posture modifications, meditation, breathing exercises, stress reduction, sound healing, yoga ethics, diet, philosophy, yoga therapy, pre and post natal yoga, and more!
A private yoga session (1-2 people plus the teacher) gives you the opportunity to work with a teacher of your choice on your specific needs. Your teacher will tailor the session to your needs and goals, be those physical, emotional or mental.
Some students take an occasional private session, others like to connect monthly or even weekly with the teacher of their choice. Create a schedule to meet your needs.

$75 per 50-minute session*

What to expect in a Private Yoga Session with Jenny von Weisenborn:
As your guide, my intention is to empower you to learn and connect with yourself through conscious self-care and awareness of the interconnectedness of your mind, body, and breath. Encouraging mindfulness and relaxation, I offer slower, restful yoga practices. In addition to focusing on what individual attention you need, consistent elements in my sessions include grounding, breathwork, mindful movement, nourishing rest, and guided meditation.

What to expect in a Private Yoga Session with Kari Ross-Berry:
Having obtained my Master of Yoga Arts & Post-Graduate Certification in Yoga Therapy at Loyola Marymount University, as well as my Master of Science in Exercise Science from Azusa Pacific University, my classes come from the foundations of yoga tradition with a mind towards the western practitioner. I have studied yoga in its ancient and modern traditions both here in the West and in India.

What to expect in a Private Yoga Session with Lena Schmidt:
I look forward to working with you on a one-on-one basis! A private session with me is all about YOU. We will discuss your interest and focus and then we will practice together. Our session will likely include intention setting, mindful breathing, physical movement, and guided relaxation.

Your one-on-one session will be curtailed to your needs based upon your current physical/emotional/mental/
I specialize in a deep healing therapeutic type of gentle yoga session that is meant to remove stuck energy and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I include a soothing sound healing experience with my native drum, shakers, singing bowls, hapi drum, chimes and singing voice to support your transformative process. I practice yoga on a daily basis to help me to get centered, alleviate pain from past injuries and to go deeper spiritually. I love to teach and I really enjoy creating an experience that works just right for you so you will feel inspired to practice again and again.

Private sessions with me will begin by discussing your experience and desires for your practice. We will then customize your lessons and curate your personal road to exactly what you've expressed.
We may wish to focus on specific asanas (yoga postures) or focus on your general mental health and wellness. This will assist with the clarity and intentions for our time together and how I can help you along your own journey.

In your one-on-one session, we will focus on why you want to meditate, refining (or starting!) your daily practice, and choosing specific meditations to meet your needs.
I recommend a single session to get your practice started and additional sessions to refine. The most important thing is to get your practice started on solid footing with clarity on what meditation is and how it can help you.

What to expect in a Private Yoga Session with Sydney Cohen:
A private with me first starts with meeting your needs. Are you looking for more movement or for a slow restorative lesson with more meditation? Everyone is different and every session could be different depending on what your body needs at that moment. Expect hands-on adjustments, gentle massage, and craniosacral therapy.
One of my specialties is working with injured folks. Injured individuals can expect to learn how to do postures with adjustments and props for that injury and help rehabilitate that area. We can use the rope wall for traction therapy. I will also demonstrate props at home that can be used for traction therapy as well. I use essential oils and play healing music to create a relaxing environment.
