We are thrilled to know that you enjoyed the November challenge and we encourage you to keep it going.
We’ve put together some questions below to allow you to pause and reflect on the past month. When you sit down to answer them, do so mindfully. Take deep breaths, sip some water and create space to think about how you feel.

Lastly, if you feel inspired by building our community, you may try connecting with a “Gratitude Buddy”! Your buddy can be a friend or family member, and the two of you can help to keep each other accountable in your daily practice of gratitude.
How it works: You and your buddy can send a text message or email at the end of each day or week with three things you are grateful for. It doesn’t have to be a conversation, but it could turn into one!
