In every moment we have the power to choose our words. When used consciously and intentionally words have the power to transform our daily experiences and ultimately create our reality. Furthermore, all of the words we speak to ourselves internally and outloud hold a vibration. These vibrations are moving through and radiating from us all the time and play a huge part in how we feel on a moment to moment basis. As we enter into the New Year, often with an emphasis on starting fresh and setting intentions, this is a perfect workshop to support that process and help you vibrationally align with the energies you are calling in for 2020.
In this workshop we will learn about and explore:
- The Energy of Words
- Subconscious beliefs and reprogramming
- Creating Supportive Internal Dialogue
- Truth and Self-Expression
- The Art of Listening
- Intention, Manifestation and Speaking into Reality
- Methods for awakening the Throat Chakra and Crystals to support
$55 in advance/$60 day of event

The Rope Wall Series is back!Get your hands on, and legs into, one of the best yoga props.
Practicing on the ropes can lead to a better understanding of some postures, deepen others, and allow one to access postures that may seem out of reach in a traditional mat class.
-Use of the ropes can help to better understand the actions required of the back leg in a standing posture like Warrior 1
- May deepen your forward bend
-Can help to access the benefits of an inversion while supporting you in position.
Plus, it's a lot of fun!
This 8 week series is open to all levels (barring certain injuries, or contraindications).

About Reiki:
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit and has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Its use is not dependent on one's intellectual capacity or spiritual development and has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki. For more information and to register for this training, please contact Kayma Englund directly at kamalicrystals@gmail.com / 760.473.6634 to reserve your spot.

Hip-opening postures can feel like a wonderful release, or a pain in the butt (literally)! But whether you love or despise them, this workshop is for you. Because the hips function as a bridge between the upper and lower body, unlocking the hips can promote greater ease and fluidity in the joints and muscles both above and below. In this workshop you will learn how to cultivate a sense of relaxation and openness on and off the yoga mat by working steadily, but compassionately, with the hips while practicing the art of going easily with the flow of your life.
In this 2-hour workshop, you will:
- Practice a sequence of postures that will access deep stretch in order to release tension in all facets of the hip joints.
- Learn about the anatomy of the hips, pelvis and lower body to gain a better understanding of the groups of bones and muscles involved in hip-opening postures.
- Experience Yang (active stretch) and Yin (passive stretch) hip-openers.
- Learn about the subtle anatomy of the hips from a yoga perspective, including exploration of the 2nd chakra.
- Learn adaptations and modifications for the most common hip-opening poses to stay safe in class and in your home practice.
