Treat yourself to this time of deep self-care as we unplug from the demands of life and enjoy deep rest and rejuvenation through iRest Meditation practice. In this retreat we will explore:
• Reclining meditation, based on yoga nidra
• Seated meditation, both guided and silent
• Bringing the peace of meditation into your relationships
• Connecting with guidance & inspiration so you can live with purpose and joy
• Techniques to support the healing and vitality of body, mind and emotions
• Connecting with an inner resource of peace, wholeness and well-being
Please come well-rested and well-nourished, though healthy snacks will be available throughout the day, and we will engage in deeply restful and enjoyable practices together!
iRest is a meditation practice based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra and adapted to suit the conditions of modern life. The goal of iRest is to enable us to meet each moment of life with unshakable peace and wellbeing, no matter how challenging or difficult your situation. iRest is simple to learn and easy to practice. It can be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical ability or experience with meditation. Once learned, iRest becomes a set of tools for life.
