A women’s circle is an intimate gathering where we learn new ways of speaking, listening + relating to others. Once formed, the Circle becomes a container for truth-telling, sacred witnessing, healing and transformation.

After opening the circle, we will begin with Pranayama (breath work), then move into the sharing portion where each goddess will have an opportunity to speak. We’ll take a short break and reconvene for a response round to discuss what resonated with everyone. We’ll end the evening with a short savasana to ground ourselves and formally close the circle.
