Guided Imagery for Intention Setting

Learn how to break through the layers of the mind and plant your seed of intention on the deepest level of your being. Guided imagery is a relaxation technique that uses positive mental images to influence how you feel. Liz will guide you into a relaxed state of being through the use of several guided imagery sessions. Once in a relaxed space, the planting of your intention can flow into your consciousness with ease. Through this workshop you will learn how to relax, set deep intention, overcome negative thought patterns and detach from the outcome for your highest possible good.
Facilitated by Liz Myers, M.A, E-RYT, counselor, certified mindful life coach and author of “A Pocket Guide to Habit Change”.
$35 if registered by 11/13/21, $40 thereafter

Workshop Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00pm on the day prior to the workshop will receive a credit to be utilized towards a future workshop or individual coaching session with Liz of Rooted Living Wellness. Cancellations made after 5:00pm on the day prior to the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
