Set your Intention and Open your Heart to Musical Bliss with this 90 minute Guided Sound Journey! Liz & Oak will guide you through a Vibrational Realignment as you prepare to Dive Deep into the Powerful Energies of your Compassionate Heart.

Utilizing Sacred Sounds, Ceremonial Cacao, Intentional Experience, and Conscious Relaxation Techniques –  We will Connect to and Expand our Heart Chakra Energy – Remembering our Courage and preparing us for more Heart Centered Living!

Vibrational Instrumentation will Include: A Didgeridoo Heart Opener, the deep sounds of the Buffalo Drums, the Waters of Ocean Drums and Rain Sticks, Earthen Rattles and Shakers, the Air of our Voices, and the Ethereal sounds of the Gong, Singing Bowls, and Chimes.

Please bring your yoga mat, journal, eye pillow, water bottle and any other goodies that will assist you in making yourself comfortable and cozy.
