Meditation and mindfulness can help you become more conscious of the food you are eating and why you are eating it.
Conscious eating is the essence of all successful diets and nutrition programs. In this one-hour class, we’ll learn and practice conscious, mindful eating techniques. Please bring one small piece of food, your choice, to the meditation: a raisin, piece of chocolate, or something similar.
