Love Your Body

Would you like to develop unconditional love for your body?

Would you like to experience radical self-acceptance?

In this 90-minute,  in-person workshop, we will remedy the need for you to wish your way into a different body shape, type or look. Be prepared to free yourself of judgements, criticisms and heal the script of non-acceptance. We will systematically create a new empowered inner voice and viewpoint that will encourage unconditional love for your body. Be ready to infuse your inner being with a newfound sense of empowerment and freedom to be who you are.

Please bring a pen and journal/paper. Space is limited to 14 people and will be held in the Outdoor Courtyard at Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga.
