Get ready to Plant your Intention for this Spring with a 90 minute Guided Sound Journey! Liz & Oak will guide you through Grounding Exercises, Root Connection, A Planting Ceremony, and an Extended Earth Themed Sound Journey!

Utilizing Sacred Sound and Conscious Relaxation Techniques – We will Honor Mother Gaia – Reconnecting to our Roots as a Community

Instrumentation will Include: Didgeridoo, Hum Drum, Buffalo Drums, Rain Sticks, Earthen Rattles and Shakers, Singing Bowls, Chimes, and Song.

Please bring your yoga mat, journal, eye pillow, water bottle and any other goodies that will assist you in making yourself comfortable and cozy.
