Rope Wall Series

The Rope Wall Series is back!Get your hands on, and legs into, one of the best yoga props.

Practicing on the ropes can lead to a better understanding of some postures, deepen others, and allow one to access postures that may seem out of reach in a traditional mat class.

 -Use of the ropes can help to better understand the actions required of the back leg in a standing posture like Warrior 1

– May deepen your forward bend

-Can help to access the benefits of an inversion while supporting you in position.

Plus, it’s a lot of fun!

This 8 week series is open to all levels (barring certain injuries, or contraindications).

Early-Bird Price:  $112 if registered by Sunday January 6, 2020

Regular Price:     $128 if registered by Sunday January 19
