Join Licensed Clinical Social Worker and RYT-200, Kaitlyn Nelson, in this workshop to explore how symptoms of anxiety and/or depression impact our nervous systems and learn how the practice of yoga can greatly benefit in reducing these symptoms. Kaitlyn will provide psychoeducation and self-reflective journal prompts on the subject followed by guided pranayama, asana, and meditation.

You will leave with greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and skills that will support you beyond the end of the workshop. Please bring a journal/notepad, a writing utensil, and any supports that you might need (I.e. blankets, bolsters, blocks).

$35 if registered by September 19, $40 after.


Workshop Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail product) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
